Mechanistic TSD model

2010

This program lets you introduce a time series of temperature and it will estimate the sex ratio. Work only for Emys orbicularis.

This work is still in progress to be used in other species. This software comes without a manual as it was not supposed to be distributed.

If you want to try it, use these profiles of temperatures.
